General Terms and Conditions of Inspira: Cosmetics Shop dated 1st August 2025
The company Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH (Hirzenrott 20 in 52076 Aachen) operates the international Inspira: Cosmetics online shop at www.inspira-cosmetics.com. Customers can order Inspira: Cosmetics products via the internet through the shop. The shop is intended for distributors, resellers (retailers) and end consumers (consumers).
The following General Terms and Conditions (‘GTC’) govern the business relationship between the customer (distributor, retailer and consumer) and the operator (Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH) of the shop. The GTC in the form valid at the time of the order apply. Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from our terms and conditions require our written consent.
1. Scope of application
The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within 2 days. If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.

4. Prices
a) The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering apply.
b) The prices stated on Inspira-cosmetics.com are in euros. For end consumers (consumers), these prices include statutory VAT; for distributors and retailers, these are net prices excluding VAT
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Deliveries within Germany are shipped at a cost of €6.50 (including tracking number). Your individual shipping costs can be found under points 7, 8 and 9.
Costs of return shipment in the event of cancellation
If you exercise your right of cancellation, you shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. An exception applies to justified complaints.
6. Payment, retention of title
The following payment methods are available for consumers and retailers:
a) PayPal (no PayPal account required on the customer side!)
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. Here you can choose from various payment options (credit cards, debit cards, PayPal credit and purchase on account). You will receive further information during the ordering process. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, there are no additional costs for the payment.
b) For wholesalers (distributors), the payment terms are determined individually.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery to consumers
a) After receipt of your order and confirmation by Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH, delivery will be made as soon as possible depending on availability. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery delays caused by the parcel delivery service. Delivery will be made to the address you specify. The purchase price is due upon dispatch of the ordered goods. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £75.00 including VAT.
b) We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. If the goods you have ordered are not currently available, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we reserve the right to deliver the goods at a later date or to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver the ordered goods if they are not available. If you have already paid the purchase price, we will of course refund it immediately.
c) If the shipment is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer, Inspira: Cosmetics will only resend the shipment once the correct and complete address has been provided. In this case, the customer must pay the shipping costs.
d) We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
e) We do not deliver to packing stations.
8. Delivery to resellers (retailers)
a) Once your order has been received and confirmed by Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH, delivery will be made as quickly as possible, subject to availability. Unfortunately, we have no influence over delivery delays caused by the parcel delivery service. Delivery will be made to the address you specify. The purchase price is due upon dispatch of the ordered goods. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £150.00 excluding VAT.
b) We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. If the goods you have ordered are not currently available, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we reserve the right to deliver the goods at a later date or to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver the ordered goods if they are not available. If you have already paid the purchase price, we will of course refund it immediately.
c) If the shipment is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer, Inspira: Cosmetics will only resend the shipment once the correct and complete address has been provided. In this case, the customer must pay the flat-rate shipping costs.
d) We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
e) We do not deliver to packing stations.
9. Delivery to distributors
a) After receipt of the order, Inspira: Cosmetics will send a confirmation with additional information about the availability of the item and the expected delivery date. Delivery will be made as quickly as possible, within 3 weeks.
b) Partial deliveries will only be made after prior consultation with the distributor. In this case, we reserve the right to deliver the goods later or to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver the ordered goods if they are not available. If you have already paid the purchase price, we will of course refund it immediately.
c) Delivery will be made via the shipping method specified by the distributor, either by parcel service, courier or freight forwarder. The distributor will bear the shipping costs. Any deviations from this rule must be made in writing.
10. Warranty and customer service
a) The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions. For all hidden defects during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the legal right to subsequent performance. Obvious defects must be reported to the courier service immediately, as later complaints will not be accepted. You have the choice between rectification of the defect or a new delivery and – if the legal requirements are met – the legal rights to a reduction in price or withdrawal, as well as compensation for damages.
